To increase the methodological potential of young teachers in this direction, in order to exchange experience and develop pedagogical skills 2025 from 29 in November "Level program of education: A methodological seminar for young professionals was held on the topic "innovative experience and research"..

The main goal of the seminar is to improve the professional competence of young teachers, introduction of new methods of effective organization of the teaching process and improvement of pedagogical practice.

The seminar was held in three directions:

Deputy for educational and methodological work Sayin E.S. – "Advice on lesson plan structure and lesson types" made a report on the topic, the main requirements for creating a lesson plan, discussed lesson types and structural stages. In conversations with the owners of this profession, citizens have a better understanding of their responsibilities, culture of mutual participation in the lesson and presented effective questions for lesson analysis.

Head of the department Tashieva E.A. – "Rules for working with strict reporting documents" giving information on, explained the requirements and responsibilities of working with official documents in the educational organization. Procedure for processing documents, specific examples of the principles of filling out the journal and forms were given.

Teacher of Russian language and literature, teacher-master Shankozova Z.B. – "Professional competence of the 21st century teacher" training on the subject, creativity is the main characteristic of a modern teacher, critical thinking, shared thoughts about leadership and self-development skills. During the training, participants performed interactive tasks, actively participated in the exchange of professional opinions.

At the end of the seminar, young professionals enriched their experience, received methodologically useful advice. The event gave young teachers a new impetus to professional development, gave creative inspiration.
